7 After Five was born out of the need to create space for myself to explore. Through yoga, intimacy, and ritual, I began seeking the most authentic version of myself, one rooted in freedom, joy, and confirmation.
Over time, that exploration evolved into a deeper creative practice. Macrame became my meditation, each knot a reflection of patience, rhythm, and release. What began as a quiet ritual grew into wearable art that carries intention and story.
Today, through Art of Ritual, I weave the same energy that first grounded me: balance, beauty and becoming. My work is both art and practice.
A reminder to honor the process and trust what unfolds.
